#teamJack Strikes Back

When faced with the inconceivable, unbelievable tragic news that their son Jack of just 10 years old was diagnosed with a terminal illness, #teamJack decided to strike back! They made a decision to face their journey together, united with courage, passion and a zest for life. Living every moment to the fullest and creating treasured quality times together became their mission. Taylor Made Dreams offered support in helping Jack to write his own bucket list and set about enabling him to achieve it.

When told that money had been raised for our brave TMD solider Jack, said he wanted the money to go to Taylor Made Dreams to help other children.

What an inspirational young man Jack is, whilst dealing with a terminal illness himself, he thought of others!

Its obvious to see where Jack gets his compassionate heart from, you only have to meet the rest of the family to see what a loving family unit they are.

#teamJack from Surrey have so far raised over ??3,800; ??300 from a supercar 'drive out' arranged by the amazing Teddy Bear Run, ??500 donated by Jack's local Fish and Chip Shop McDermott's, and last weekend they held a Fun Day at the Surrey Arms in Mitchum, Surrey.

The Family Fun Day day was arranged by Maria Boore (supported by a host of other enthusiastic volunteers) and they raised over  ??3,000 for Taylor Made Dreams. Huge thanks to the Maria, all the helpers, The Surrey Arms and everyone who donated cakes, their time, their supercars, auction & raffle prizes!

The event was a roaring success and lots of fun was had by all.
