Sibling Support Service - September's Football and Build a Bear
This September's SSS outing was the perfect example of what your support can achieve through this month's 30 Days for Tay campaign 
Our group headed to the Ballerz Air Dome for a football party, for an incredible start to the day! Team Taylor FC and Tayside United played a brilliant match, with a wide range of player levels, including some future football stars 
The game ended in an impressive 8-8 draw, and Oscar was awarded Player of the Match after kindly swapping teams to give the side with the chaperones a fighting chance. What a true team player.
After the match there was time to take on the robot goalie! They were good, but no match for the powerful Sibling Support strikers!
The day finished with a Build-A-Bear workshop, with each young person creating their own unique cuddly companion, adding hearts and wishes, and choosing special outfits to make them truly individual. For two of the group, they chose to create their bears in memory of the siblings they have lost, selecting outfits that reflected things their brothers or sisters loved. It was a touching and meaningful way to remember them.
A fantastic day full of smiles and laughter. We can't wait to see everyone again next month!
