Last week we managed to make Oli's food wish come true
A meeting with Heston Blumenthal! Oli wanted to make experimental foods and Heston came straight in to mind.
It was a magical day cooking and eating in Heston's restaurant 'Dinner by Heston Blumenthal' in The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge, creating meat fruit and other creations! All followed by a stay in the hotel for Oli and his family.
It was so lovely to be able to fulfil this wish, we'd like to thank Heston and his team for helping to create such a wonderful day for Oli
