Every Memory Garden is unique. Through each personalised online space, our families can share photographs, memories, stories and special moments in one beautiful place, that family and friends can visit at any time š
Families can also choose to invite donations through their Memory Garden, helping to continue the support we provide at Taylor-Made Dreams for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families across the South East.
