Introducing Taylor-Made Dreams' Memory Garden
Created to support families wherever they are on their journey, a Memory Garden is a space to celebrate the connection and togetherness our TMD families share, as well as the memories made on their journey.
Every Memory Garden is unique. Through each personalised online space, our families can share photographs, memories, stories and special moments in one beautiful place, that family and friends can visit at any time 
Families can also choose to invite donations through their Memory Garden, helping to continue the support we provide at Taylor-Made Dreams for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families across the South East.
