Benjie the Builder

We were delighted when Coppard Plant Hire helped us to fulfil the dream of a brave TMD solider a few months ago. At just four years old, Benjie was an aspiring little builder & loved all things 'Digger' related; with this in mind we arranged family tickets to Digger Land, however, Benjie was sadly too unwell to go. We couldn't have our little hero 'Builder Benjie' missing out, so we decided to take Digger Land to him. When we approached Coppard Plant Hire in Crowborough, they stepped up to the plate straight away and said, "Just let us know what you want and when, and we'll sort it" Well, we cant thank the team enough, we arranged the day and time, and our volunteer Neil travelled to Surrey to introduce the digger guys to Benjie and his parents. How special it was when Coppard delivered a real size YELLOW digger on the back of a trailer to Benjie's home. A memorable day was had, and Benjie became a digger operator for a few magical moments, when time stopped still and dreams were realised by a little boy called Benji. We would like to pass on our sincere condolences to Benjie's family at this most difficult of times. RIP Builder Benjie X
When we collaborate with businesses to fulfil a child's dream, it's beautiful to see the positive impact made, especially in such testing traumatic circumstances for families. We aim to add a little light in what is a very dark time. This day, making a little boys dream come true was in itself priceless, and we deeply appreciate the support of Coppard Plant Hire for helping bring a smile to a very poorly little boys face and help to create some precious memories for the future.
